This custom motorcycle tank is completely designed and every piece fabricated. We started with a stock tank, lengthened it 3”, and added all the art deco touches. It is still in primer in this and accompanying photos. All the pieces were made in aluminum, stainless, or steel. The brass trim moulding on the top of the tank will be chrome plated but is made in brass for ease of fabrication. All moldings and trim pieces have been designed with intricate hidden fasteners and are bolted on— all removable for paintwork. Look for photos to come of the completed motorcycle with a full complement of “one off” art deco designed, hand fabricated pieces.
Complete and ready for final fit of the hand made moldings and trim, as well as minor seam fill work.
